Steps:

1.Mix your pasta or macaroni, water, and a dash of salt in a mug. Make sure the mug is microwave-safe!
2.Microwave for approximately 2 to 3 minutes. Take it out, then stir.
3.Then, add in your milk and cheese. Don’t forget to add salt and pepper, then stir.
4.Microwave for another 30 seconds. Take it out and stir again. Lastly, garnish your dish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
5.Now, you’re ready to enjoy the hearty, cheesy goodness!

2. French Toast

Soft and heavenly, you’ll definitely love this french toast inspired by bread pudding!

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of bread (stale is best)
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Cinnamon and powdered sugar for garnish (optional)
  • Fruit(s) of choice (banana, strawberries, blueberries, etc.) for topping (optional)

Steps:

1.Beat the milk together with the egg and vanilla extract.
2.Grab a small bowl or ramekin. Make sure it’s microwave safe. Then, tear one of the slices of bread into pieces and fill the bowl.
3.Pour the egg mix over the bread. Repeat this step with the other slice of bread.
4.Microwave in the oven for at least 2 minutes. Sprinkle with either powdered sugar, cinnamon, or both.
5.Top with any fruit you like for a pop of colour and flavour.
6.Your french toast is now ready!

3. Cheesecake

This no-bake cheesecake is a great dessert to satisfy your sweet cravings. What’s more, this microwave rendition delivers amazing and tasty cheesecake every single time!

With a microwave, you can taste simple decadence in mere minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 2 sheets of graham cracker
  • 120g of softened cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 5 fresh strawberries for topping

Steps:

1.First, melt the butter in a small microwaveable bowl or ramekin. Coat every side thoroughly by tilting your ramekin.
2.Crumble the graham crackers into tiny bits, then stir in the butter-filled ramekin. Press the crust evenly against the bottom of the dish with a spoon.
3.Mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a small mixing bowl and stir until no clumps remain.
4.On top of the graham cracker crust, spread the filling.
5.Next, microwave for approximately 4 minutes at half power, 45 seconds at a time. Remember to check so that the cheesecake does not overflow the ramekin’s sides.
6.Freeze for at least 30 minutes or until the mixture is absolutely cool.
7.Carefully remove the sides of the cheesecake with a knife, then transfer onto a plate or consume directly from the ramekin.
8.Add your fresh strawberries on top.
9.Enjoy your dessert!
