Nothing Ear(1) Easter Eggs
With the Nothing Ear(1) true wireless earbuds soon to arrive in Malaysia, it is prime time we talked about the hidden Easter eggs which recently surfaced thanks to a tweet from founder, Carl Pei.
Following the tweet, the Nothing community went into a frenzy to find these Easter eggs. As far as we know, there are 3 Easter eggs of which 2 have been discovered.
Here are the known Easter eggs and how to activate them.
1. Customizable Case LED Light
The first Easter egg is the ability to change the colours of the case light that indicates battery levels and charging status.
Unfortunately, you do not get to input your own colour codes. Instead, you can switch between the 4 available colours: red, orange, green and blue.

To unlock, on the app, tap the white earbuds 1 time > red earbuds 1 times > white earbuds 3 times > red earbuds 2 times > white earbuds 1 time > red earbuds 5 times

2. Change earbuds image to the prototype buds
Perhaps not as cool as the first Easter egg, this second one is gives you the ability to change the earbuds image to the prototype version which is labelled as ear(0).
Do be warned, the only way to revert the image back is to reinstall the app for iOS users while Android users can clear the app data and cache to reset the image.

3. Unknown
At time of writing, there’s supposedly 1 more Easter egg yet to be discovered. With the Ear(1)s soon to be available on Shopee, perhaps you could pick up a pair and help crack this final Easter egg.
