Haier launches brand’s largest ever refrigerator priced at RM7,899
Haier has rolled the curtains back on its largest ever refrigerator to-date. The HRF-IM758FG(SG)U1 is Haier’s latest 4-door offering boasting 758L capacity. This flagship model is fitted with top-of-the-line preservation technologies which Haier promises will keep food fresher for longer.
Among some of these technologies includes the ABT-PRO (anti-bacteria) module which uses UV light and a photocatalyst filter to ionise and rid your food of bacteria. This in turn extends the shelf life of food and removes unsavory odours.
There’s also the Humidity Control System (HCS) consisting of separate wet & dry zones of differing humidity levels. This ensures appropriate storage for fruits and vegetables, preventing them from drying out or wilting too easily.
Moreover, since this is a smart refrigerator, users can monitor the refrigerator and control its settings remotely via the HaiSmart app.
According to Haier, the HRF-IM758FG(SG)U1 will retail for RM7,899 when it eventually reaches our shores in August.
Other new additions to Haier’s refrigerator catalogue includes two new multi-door offerings: the HRF-IM585 and the HRF-IM480. Both integrates energy-saving twin inverter technology as well as a 20-year warranty to boot.
The Multi-door 585 offers 529L of storage capacity suitable for households of two to four. The interior of the refrigerator door features a 90-degree anti-tipping drawer which prevents bottles from falling over when the door is flung open.
This option comes in either a glass or metal chassis with four colours: gemstone blue, glass white, glass black, or metal black, with prices ranging from RM3,899 to RM4,399.
As for the Multidoor 480, this comes with 480L capacity typically suitable for a household of two. This comes in either a piano black chassis retailing at RM3,399, or in gemstone blue metal chassis for RM3,499.
The Multi door 585 and Multi door 480 will both be available in Malaysia starting in August.
