Terms & Conditions (ENG)

1. The PriceShop x DirectD Storewide RM30 Touch ‘n Go Rebate campaign is organised by Price Guide Sdn Bhd (1384222-V) in collaboration with DirectD Retail & Wholesale Sdn Bhd and is open to all individual legal residents of Malaysia with a valid identification document, aged 18 years and above as at the start of the campaign period.
2. The PriceShop x DirectD Storewide RM30 Touch ‘n Go Rebate campaign will commence at 09:00:00 on 5 November 2021 and closes at 23:59:59 on 31st November 2021. Any submission after 23:59:59 on 31st November 2021 will not be entitled to any rebates.
3. Here are the steps to participate in the campaign:
Step 1: Browse DirectD’s store page and find your favourite deals.
Step 2: Write your full name and contact number on your receipt and snap a photo of it.
Step 3: Submit an electronic copy of your receipt via the following form.

4. The PriceShop x DirectD Storewide RM30 Touch ‘n Go Rebate campaign is applicable in addition to any ongoing promotions.
5. Each receipt with a minimum spend of RM1,000 is only entitled to one (1) RM30 reload pin.
6. The RM30 rebate will be provided in the form of a Touch n’ Go reload pin via email. (How to activated Touch ‘n Go reload pin)
7. Successful applicants will receive the reload pin within 7 workings days from submission date.
8. Participation in the campaign is via officially provided form only. All other forms of submission will be disqualified.
9. Price Guide Sdn Bhd and DirectD Retail & Wholesale Sdn Bhd reserves the right to request for evidence of the original POP (hardcopy) and the consent including the identification documents for verification of the RM30 rebate and prize redemption. Failure to produce any of the foregoing documents will not entitled for the rebate and prize forfeiture.
10. Price Guide Sdn Bhd and DirectD Retail & Wholesale Sdn Bhd shall reserve the right to amend, revoke and/or modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

BONUS Lucky Draw
1. In addition to the RM30 rebate, all successful applicants will automatically be enrolled into a Bonus Lucky Draw, and stand a chance to win an Alcatel 1T 10 with Original Wireless Keyboard and Flip Case worth RM599.
2. Five (5) lucky winners will be selected at random by a computer process that produces a verifiably random result from the pool of valid Entries received during the campaign period.
3. Selected winner MUST provide the submitted proof of purchase (“POP”) when contacted for verification purposes.
4. The Lucky Draw Winner will be announced on PriceShop’s social media Facebook page on 3 December 2021. The prize must be claimed at winners’ own expense within sixty (60) days after the Contest Period. Unclaimed prize will be forfeited by PriceShop sixty (60) days after the Contest Period.
5. Price Guide Sdn Bhd and DirectD Retail & Wholesale Sdn Bhd reserve the rights to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value at any time without prior notice.
6. By participating in this campaign, the participants agreed to provide their consent to Price Guide Sdn Bhd and DirectD Retail & Wholesale Sdn Bhd to use their personal information and Price Guide Sdn Bhd/DirectD Retail & Wholesale Sdn Bhd shall reserve the right to publish, use the winners’ names and/or photographs plus their entries for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice and each participant is not entitled to make any claims for the use of their entries by Price Guide Sdn Bhd and/or DirectD Retail & Wholesale Sdn Bhd.

Terma & Syarat (BM)

1. Kempen PriceShop x DirectD Storewide RM30 Touch ‘n Go Rebate oleh Price Guide Sdn Bhd (1384222-V) bersama DirectD Retail & Wholesale Sdn Bhd dan terbuka kepada semua pemastautin sah Malaysia dengan dokumen pengenalan diri yang sah, berumur 18 tahun ke atas pada permulaan tempoh kempen.
2. Kempen PriceShop x DirectD Storewide RM30 Touch ‘n Go Rebate akan bermula jam 09:00:00 pada 9 November 2021 dan tamat jam 23:59:59 pada 31 November 2021. Sebarang penyertaan selepas jam 23:59:59 pada 31 November 2021 dikira tidak sah.
3. Langkah untuk menyertai kempen:
Langkah 1: Mencari item kegemaran anda di laman stor DirectD dan belikan gadget elektronik kegemaran anda dari mana-mana cawangan DirectD (termasuk stor atas talian).
Langkah 2: Tuliskan nama penuh dan nombor telefon atas resit anda dan and tangkap gambar resit tersebut.
Langkah 3: Hantarkan salinan elektronik resit anda melalui borang berikut.
4. Kempen PriceShop x DirectD Storewide RM30 Touch ‘n Go Rebate boleh ditebus di samping promosi berterusan yang ditawarkan oleh peniaga.
5. Setiap resit dengan perbelanjaran minima RM1,000 terhad kepada satu(1) Touch ‘n Go reload pin bernilai RM30.
6. Rebat RM30 adalah berbentuk reload pin Touch n ‘Go. Ia akan diberikan melalui emel yang diberikan. (Cara mengaktifkan reload pin Touch ‘n Go)
7. Pemohon yang berjaya akan mendapat rebat dalam masa 7 hari bekerja dari hari penyerahan.
8. Penyertaan kempen hanya melalui borang yang disediakan secara rasmi sahaja. Semua bentuk penyerahan lain akan dibatalkan.
9. Price Guide Sdn Bhd dan DirectD Retail & Wholesale Sdn Bhd berhak untuk meminta bukti resit asal (hardcopy) dan persetujuan termasuk dokumen pengenalan diri untuk pengesahan rebat RM30 dan penebusan hadiah. Kegagalan untuk mengemukakan sebarang dokumen akan mengakibatkan rebat dan hadiah dilucutkan.
10. Price Guide Sdn Bhd dan DirectD Retail & Wholesale Sdn Bhd berhak untuk meminda, mencabut dan / atau mengubah Terma dan Syarat ini tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu.

BONUS Cabutan Bertuah
1. Selain rebat RM30, semua pemohon yang berjaya akan secara automatik dimasukkan ke Cabutan Bertuah Bonus, dan berpeluang memenangi sebuah Alcatel 1T 10 with Original Wireless Keyboard and Flip Case bernilai RM599.
2. Lima(5) pemenang bertuah akan dipilih secara rawak dengan proses komputer yang menghasilkan hasil rawak daripada penyertaan yang sah diterima dalam tempoh kempen.
3. Pemenang terpilih MESTI memberikan bukti pembelian yang dikemukakan (“POP”) ketika dihubungi untuk tujuan pengesahan.
