LG Subscribe opens 130th brand store, now Malaysia’s largest home appliance subscription retail network

LG Electronics Malaysia has opened its 130th LG Subscribe Brand Store at Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall, marking what the company says is a record milestone that makes it Malaysia’s largest home appliance subscription branded store network.

LG Subscribe first launched in 2019 with a single kiosk, and has since expanded to 130 stores spread across the country. That breaks down to 58 locations in Central Malaysia, 29 in the Northern region, 23 in the Southern region, 15 in East Malaysia, and five along the East Coast.

Each store comes with a dedicated Maintenance Service Zone where customers can find out about after-sales care, filter replacements, and routine servicing. Store staff are also trained to run TikTok Live sessions during off-peak hours, extending the store’s reach beyond its physical footprint.

Alongside the Sunway Pyramid opening, LG is also running a Filter Drop Campaign, where subscribers can drop off their used filters at any LG Subscribe Brand Store for responsible disposal. Those who participate will also get a complimentary gift upon drop-off.

On the product side, appliances sold through LG Subscribe use inverter-driven technology, which LG says delivers consistent performance while consuming less power over the lifetime of each appliance.
