Zetrix AI and Autzen launch RideNow, a platform to simplify used motorcycle selling

Zetrix AI Berhad has launched RideNow, a new digital marketplace designed to make selling used motorcycles in Malaysia safer and more convenient. Developed by its subsidiaries MYEG and TwoCar in collaboration with Autzen Marketing, the platform uses a secure bidding system to connect motorcycle owners with verified dealers, offering greater transparency while reducing the risk of online fraud and scams.
The selling process starts with submitting the motorcycle’s details through the RideNow website, followed by booking an inspection at a preferred time and location. A certified inspector will then visit the seller to assess the motorcycle, so there is no need to travel to a separate inspection centre.

After the motorcycle has been inspected and verified, it will be listed to RideNow’s network of verified dealers. Dealers will then submit their offers through a closed-bidding process, giving sellers the opportunity to receive a more competitive price based on market demand.
Another advantage is that RideNow does not charge sellers any fees, including listing charges or commission on the final selling price. Once the motorcycle has been collected, RideNow says payment will be transferred to the seller’s bank account within 24 hours, subject to its terms and conditions.
RideNow also manages the key steps throughout the selling process, including valuation, inspection, dealer bidding, collection and Vehicle Ownership Transfer (VOT). In other words, you’re not left chasing buyers or sorting out paperwork on your own.

To reinforce the trust angle, RideNow has brought in several partners. RHB Insurance is providing warranty protection for motorcycles sold through the platform, while The Otomotif College is helping run the RideNow Certified Inspector programme to maintain consistent inspection standards. The company is also exploring potential collaborations with MODENAS, AEON Credit and Boon Siew Honda to expand the range of services available on the platform.
The full platform will go live in September 2026, but motorcycle owners can already visit the RideNow website to check their bike’s estimated value using the RideNow Price Valuation Engine. They can also register as a Founding Seller to pre-list their motorcycle and take part in the closed-bidding process before the platform officially opens to the public.
