Xiaomi Malaysia launches new Front Load Washer and Washer Dryer, Robot Vacuum H50 series
Having already launched the Xiaomi 17T series last week, Xiaomi Malaysia has now opened up availability of their latest washing machines and robot vacuums too. These are their latest smart home appliances and is part of their expansion to bring more smart ecosystem products to Malaysians.
Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer 9kg
The Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer 9kg features a 525mm drum designed to provide more space for clothes and improved washing performance. It comes with a hygiene mode that uses high-temperature steam and hot water to remove up to 99.99% of bacteria and mites. Users can also add a steam function to selected wash cycles for additional sanitisation.
There are over 30 wash programmes available, including a 15-minute quick wash for smaller loads. The dryer uses 3D airflow and built-in sensors to monitor moisture levels and automatically stop drying when clothes reach the desired condition, helping to prevent over-drying.
The washer-dryer has a white finish with a colour touch panel for controls. Through the Xiaomi Home app, users can start and monitor wash cycles remotely, customise settings via the My Time programme and save preferred configurations for quick access. Xiaomi also says the appliance will receive over-the-air updates that can add features and optimise wash programmes over time.
For those who prefer a washer-only option, Xiaomi is also offering the Mijia Front Load Washer 9kg. This is essentially the same washing machine as the washer dryer combo just without drying functionality.
The Xiaomi Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer 9kg is priced at RM2,199, while the Front Load Washer 9kg is priced at RM1,999. Available from 5 June onwards on the Xiaomi Malaysia website, their official stores on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop as well as their retail outlets nationwide, you’ll be able to get them for just RM1,199 and RM999 respectively during their early bird promo.
Xiaomi Robot Vacuum H50 and H50 Pro
As for their new robot vacuums, the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum H50 and H50 Pro are designed to automate floor cleaning with powerful suction, LDS laser navigation and self-maintaining docking stations.
The standard H50 offers up to 10,000Pa suction, dual rotary mops, carpet detection with automatic mop lifting and a base station that handles dust collection and mop washing. It also features a 4L water tank that can cover areas of up to 240m² and a dust bag rated for up to 75 days of use.
Meanwhile, the higher-end H50 Pro ups the suction power to 15,000Pa and adds dual robotic arms for improved edge and corner cleaning, as well as enhanced obstacle avoidance for navigating around furniture and household objects. It also automatically lifts its mop pads and increases suction when cleaning carpets. Its all-in-one dock adds a self-cleaning washboard and hot-air drying for a more hands-free experience.
Both models also support Xiaomi Home app controls for remote scheduling and monitoring, alongside voice assistant integration via Google Assistant and Alexa.
The Xiaomi Robot Vacuum H50 is priced at RM2,499 while the H50 Pro goes for RM2,699. Just like the Washer Dryer 9kg, they’re available at all Xiaomi stores nationwide, the Xiaomi Malaysia website as well as their official stores on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, with early bird promos pushing the price down to RM1,299 and RM1,999 respectively.
