Senheng opens Senheng Mobile outlet at Plaza Shah Alam

Electronics retail giant Senheng adds another feather to their cap as they launch their newly opened Senheng Mobile outlet at Plaza Shah Alam.
The grand opening took place on the 10th of March 2023 at Plaza Shah Alam. The ribbon cutting ceremony saw a few prominent faces in attendance, one of which was Muar MP Yang Berhormat Syed Saddiq bin Syed Abdul Rahman. Also in attendance was Senheng Executive Chairman Mr. Lim Kim Heng, and Senheng President and Executive Director Mr. Lim Kim Chieng.
The newly launched Senheng Mobile is a brand extension of its parent company, Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd. It is just one out of a hundred over Senheng outlets established in Malaysia. However, unlike the usual Senheng stores, Senheng Mobile will primarily sell smartphones, tablets, laptops, and electronic accessories.
Customers will find an array of their favourite brands in Senheng Mobile, including Apple, Samsung, OPPO, vivo, Honor and HUAWEI, among other global brands. In addition to mobile phones, laptop brands ASUS, HP, and Acer have demo units here as well.
Customer journey will still be at the heart of Senheng Mobile as they look to expand further into the suburbs. According to KH Lim, the offline stores complements their omnichannel strategy by providing an additional touchpoint for customers who wish to buy online and collect offline, have more payment options and also serves as a redemption collection point as well. The store has additional value added services such as signing up for a telco plan with most major telcos and dedicated sales staff to offer tech advice to customers.
In conjunction with Senheng Mobile’s grand opening at Plaza Shah Alam, the outlet will be having exclusive deals for Senheng’s PlusOne members. From the 10th – 13th March 2023, PlusOne members are entitled to:
