Samsung Galaxy A27 leaks online, to be powered by Snapdragon this time?

By Raymond Saw June 15, 2026

We’ve already seen the Galaxy A37 and the Galaxy A57 hit Malaysian shelves earlier this year, so it was only a matter of time before Samsung debuts the Galaxy A27 too. However, it seems that they may have jumped the gun, with Samsung Czechia accidentally listing it on their official website ahead of a formal launch.

Because of that mishap, we now know that the Galaxy A27 is set to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 system-on-chip. This replaces the Exynos 1380 and Exynos 1280 that powered the Galaxy A26 and A25 respectively, with the Galaxy A27 also coming with up to 8GB of memory and up to 256GB of storage.

Another major change coming to the Galaxy A27 is that it now gets a punch hole cutout for its 12MP front camera, moving away from the teardrop notch found on its predecessors. There’s also a triple rear camera on the back, with a main 50MP shooter flanked by a 5MP ultrawide and a 2MP macro shooter.

As for its display, the Galaxy A27 looks set to have a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display pushing an FHD+ resolution with a 120Hz refresh rate. Curiously, the A27 only comes with an IP64 dust and water resistance rating, compared to the IP67 on the A26. Other features include a 5000mAh battery with 25W fast charging as well as supposed for six years of software and security updates.

Of course, despite being accidentally revealed by Samsung Czechia all of this may still change before the Korean giant officially launches the Galaxy A26. Stay tuned to us here at PriceShop Malaysia so that you’ll know when the Galaxy A26 officially debuts in Malaysia.
