Poco Pad C1: Affordable Snapdragon-powered tablet with 9.7″ display, from RM549
Alongside the Poco C81 Pro, the Xiaomi sub-brand also unveiled their latest entry level tablet in Malaysia, the Poco Pad C1. This affordable Android slate offers users a large display for content consumption while still being priced from as low as RM549.

The Poco Pad C1 has a recommended starting price of RM599 for the 64GB base model and RM699 for the 128GB variant., but you’ll be able to snag it for as low as RM549 for the base model and RM629 for the 128GB one during its early bird sales.
You’ll be able to find it on sale already on the Xiaomi Malaysia website, along with their official stores on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.
Poco Pad C1 specs
The Poco Pad C1 features a sleek metal unibody that measures just 7.4mm thin and weighs 406g, packing a 9.7-inch LCD display in a 16:10 aspect ratio. That panel pushes a 2048 by 1280p resolution, with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz, a peak brightness of up to 600nits in outdoor mode along with TUV Rheinland Low Blue Light, Flicker Free and Circadian Friendly certifications.
Under the hood, the Poco Pad C1 is powered by a Snapdragon 6s 4G Gen 2 system-on-chip, though from what we can see this is still a WiFi-only device. That gets mated to 4GB of LPDDR4X memory and up to 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage. Also of note is that it comes with the latest Xiaomi HyperOS 3 out of the box.
As for its cameras, you get a solitary 8MP, f/2.0 rear camera along with a 5MP, f/2.2 front camera for your video calls and selfies. Both cameras are capable of up to 1080p video recording at 30fps too.
Keeping the lights on is a 7600mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging via USB-C. Other features of note include stereo speakers with Hi-Res Audio, a 3.5mm headphone jack as well as support for expandable storage up to 2TB.
