The Poco F9 Ultra is now available for purchase in Malaysia from the Xiaomi Malaysia website as well as the official Poco store on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, with the following recommended retail prices:

Poco F9 Ultra specs
Available in Black and Dark Cherry colourways, the Poco F9 Ultra is a massive smartphone, measuring 8.74mm thick and weighing in at 235g. It packs a 6.9-inch HyperRGB AMOLED display with a 2608 x 1200 resolution, along with an up to 185Hz refresh rate, a peak brightness of 10,000nits at 1% display area, 2200nits in high brightness mode, full coverage of the DCI-P3 colour gamut and support for HDR10+ and Dolby Vision. There’s also a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 7i over it for scratch resistance
Under the hood, the Poco F9 Ultra is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 system-on-chip, with the 3nm flagship processor paired with a VisionBoost D8 chipset for smart FPS, game HDR and super resolution control. There’s also up to 16GB of LPDDR5X memory and up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage, with the F9 Ultra running Android 16 skinned with HyperOS 3 out of the box.
In the camera department, the Poco F9 Ultra packs a triple rear camera setup, featuring a main 200MP, f/1.68 camera flanked by a 50MP, f/3.0 periscope telephoto offering a 5x optical zoom and 10x ‘lossless’ zoom, while a 50MP, f/2.4 ultrawide rounds things off. Your selfies meanwhile are taken care off by a 32MP frontfacing camera.
Keeping the lights on is a 8050mAh battery with support for 100W wired HyperCharge fast charging and 50W wireless HyperCharge fast charging. There’s also 27W wired reverse charging and 22.5W wireless reverse charging if you need to juice up your accessories and earbuds.
Other features of note include an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, Bose-tuned stereo speakers with an independent subwoofer for 2.1 channel audio, along with an IP68 dust and water resistance rating.
