Honor Pad 20 series: 12.1″ tablets with 10,100mAh battery, priced from RM1,999
Honor has unveiled their latest tablets in Malaysia, the Honor Pad 20 series. Comprising of the regular Honor Pad 20 and a Honor Pad 20 Pro, these tablets are built for everyday work and productivity, with Honor also throwing in exclusive education discounts for students.
Honor Pad 20 series Malaysia pricing and availability
The Honor Pad 20 series is now available for purchase from the Honor Malaysia online store, their official stores on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop as well as from authorised retail and telco partners.
Here’s how much they’ll cost:
- Honor Pad 20 WiFi, 6GB RAM, 256GB storage – RM1,999
- Honor Pad 20 5G, 8GB RAM, 256GB storage – RM2,299
- Honor Pad 20 Pro, 8GB RAM, 256GB storage – RM2,499
Each device comes with complimentary gifts, which includes a smart Bluetooth keyboard and a Honor Magic Pencil 4S stylus, while stocks last. The regular tablets will get the USB-C stylus, while the Pro gets the model with magnetic charging.
On top of that, eligible students can also get an exclusive 15% education discount for the Honor Pad 20 series, bringing down the price to as low as RM1,699.15.
Honor Pad 20 series specs
Both the Honor Pad 20 and Pad 20 Pro are similar in size, packing a 12.1-inch IPS display with a 3000 x 1872 resolution in a 16:10 aspect ratio, 700nits of brightness and full coverage of the DCI-P3 colour gamut. The main difference here is that the Pro gets a ‘paperlike’ display with an anti-glare matte finish for a better reading and writing experience. On top of that, the Pro peaks at a 165Hz refresh rate, while the regular Pad 20 tops out at 120Hz.
Under the hood, the Pad 20 comes with a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 system-on-chip, while the Pad 20 Pro gets a more substantial Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 instead. Both feature up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, and come with MagicOS 10 skinned over Android 16 out of the box. Incidentally, only the regular Pad 20 has an optional 5G variant, as the Pad 20 Pro only comes with WiFi connectivity.
Keeping the lights on for both models is a 10,100mAh battery, with Honor claiming up to 73 days and up to 72 days of standby for the Pad 20 and Pad 20 Pro respectively; they also support 45W and 66W wired fast charging respectively, along with reverse wired charging.
Other features of note include an 8MP rear camera on the Pad 20, a 13MP rear camera on the Pad 20 Pro, while both have 8MP front cameras and a six-speaker setup.
