CIMB debit card services to undergo scheduled maintenance on 12 and 20 June
If you use a CIMB Debit Card, you may want to take note of two upcoming maintenance periods this month, as debit card purchases will be temporarily unavailable during these times.
According to a notice by CIMB Bank and CIMB Islamic Bank, purchases using CIMB Debit Cards will be temporarily unavailable during the maintenance periods. This applies to both in-store payments and online transactions, so customers may not be able to complete purchases using their CIMB Debit Card during the affected hours.
The affected periods are:
- 12 June 2026, Friday: 2:00 AM to 3:00 AM
- 20 June 2026, Saturday: 12:00 AM to 5:00 AM
CIMB has advised cardholders to plan their payments ahead of these times to avoid any disruption.
Although the maintenance is scheduled during off-peak hours, it is still worth taking note if you usually make payments late at night or early in the morning.
The downtime only affects purchases made using CIMB Debit Cards during the scheduled maintenance windows. Normal usage should resume after the maintenance periods are completed.
