Acer PM191QE: 18.5″ FHD portable display capable of 100Hz refresh rate, priced at RM469

Acer has released another new portable monitor for Malaysia. Following their previous high refresh rate 24-inch portable display, the Taiwanese giant is now launching the Acer PM191QE, an 18.5-inch portable display.

The Acer PM191QE features an IPS panel pushing a 1080p resolution, with support for up to a 100Hz refresh rate, a 7ms response time, 99% coverage of the sRGB colour gamut as well as a peak brightness of 250nits. There’s also a pair of 3W speakers, a 178° viewing angle, and support for HDR10 and AdaptiveSync.

As for I/O, the Acer PM191QE comes with two USB-C ports, a HDMI 2.0 input and audio out. You’ll be able to hook it up to a laptop with just a single USB-C cable for both power and video, with the entire monitor weighing in at just 1.13kg. There’s also a built-in tiltable stand as well as VESA mount support if you want to set it up on your desk.

On top of that, Acer is also introducing the AH101 portable monitor stand, an ergonomically designed stand with support for tilt, swivel and height adjustment. It comes with both 75 x 75mm and 100 x 100mm VESA mounts along with a 1/4-inch thread interface commonly found on cameras, small monitors and various accessories.

The Acer PM191QE portable monitor and AH101 monitor stand will be available from 6 July onwards on the Acer eStore as well as authorised Acer retailers nationwide. Priced at RM469 and RM99 respectively, from 6 July till 12 July you can get the PM191QE for just RM369 in their early bird deal with a purchase-with-purchase offer on the AH101 for just RM59, while stocks last.
