Xiaomi launches REDMI Watch 6 Active, Watch 6 Lite and Smart Band 11 Active in Malaysia, from RM119

Xiaomi’s big Malaysian launch had a bit of everything. Alongside its REDMI Note 17 series phones and its new home appliances, the brand also refreshed its wearables range with three new devices, the REDMI Watch 6 Active, the REDMI Watch 6 Lite and the Xiaomi Smart Band 11 Active.
REDMI Watch 6 Active

The REDMI Watch 6 Active features a 1.85-inch AMOLED display with a 390 × 450 resolution, 322ppi pixel density, a refresh rate of over 50Hz and peak brightness of 1,200 nits. There’s also Always-on Display support for quickly checking the time and notifications. The watch comes in a slim 9.9mm flat-frame body weighing just 26g without the strap, complemented by 2.5D curved glass and quick-release straps.

Powering the watch is a 470mAh battery, which Xiaomi claims can last up to 18 days on a single charge. It runs Xiaomi HyperOS and connects via Bluetooth 5.3, with support for Bluetooth calling directly from the wrist.

On the health and fitness front, it offers all-day heart rate, blood oxygen and stress monitoring, along with sleep tracking, women’s health management, breathing exercises and a vitality score. There are also more than 140 sports modes, while an IP68 rating provides protection against dust, splashes and sweat.
The REDMI Watch 6 Active comes in Midnight Black, Matte Silver and Sunset Orange, priced at RM229, with a promotional price of RM159.
REDMI Watch 6 Lite

Stepping up, the REDMI Watch 6 Lite gets a larger 1.96-inch AMOLED display with a 410 × 502 resolution, 332ppi pixel density, a refresh rate of over 50Hz and peak brightness of 1,500 nits. It also supports Always-on Display and adaptive brightness, all in a similarly slim 9.9mm body weighing 27.8g without the strap. Its sportier design adds a raised side button for easier operation during workouts, along with a wave-textured, quick-release strap for a more secure fit.

The main upgrades are built-in five-system GNSS positioning, allowing the watch to track outdoor workout routes without a paired phone, and more advanced swim tracking. Its 9-axis sensor can recognise swimming strokes and workout status, while tracking metrics such as average speed, underwater heart-rate changes and SWOLF efficiency. A 5ATM water resistance rating also makes it suitable for swimming in pools and other shallow-water activities.

Elsewhere, it offers more than 150 sports modes, Bluetooth calling and all-day heart rate, blood oxygen and stress monitoring, alongside sleep tracking and women’s health management. Powering the watch is a 470mAh battery, which Xiaomi claims can last up to 18 days with light use as well.
The REDMI Watch 6 Lite comes in Black and Steel Gray, priced at RM299, with a promotional price of RM249.
Xiaomi Smart Band 11 Active

The Xiaomi Smart Band 11 Active rounds out the new wearable lineup with a more compact and fitness-focused option. It features a 1.47-inch colour display with a 60Hz refresh rate, complemented by a metallic-look frame and 2.5D curved glass.

For health and fitness tracking, it covers all-day heart rate, SpO₂, sleep and stress monitoring, along with 50 sports modes. Its 5ATM water resistance also allows it to track calories burned and workout duration while swimming. Battery life is rated at up to 21 days under light usage.

There are also more than 100 watch faces to choose from, alongside everyday features such as notifications, music controls, event management and weather updates.
The Xiaomi Smart Band 11 Active is available in Gray, Black and Pomelo Pink at RM199, with a promotional price of RM119.
