UST adds Claude into their platforms as Anthropic trains 20,000 UST employees

UST has announced a strategic partnership with Anthropic to integrate its Claude AI models across the company’s enterprise platforms, engineering services and internal operations, while committing to train and certify UST employees worldwide.
The digital technology and IT services firm will bring Claude into platforms used by semiconductor, automotive, manufacturing, telecom and IoT customers for chip validation, design verification and factory operations. The company says Claude will also be integrated into its UST-iDEC validation platform to automate regression testing and help engineers detect hardware and firmware issues earlier.
Claude will also power AI capabilities across several of UST’s industry platforms. This includes UST CarePath for healthcare, UST IntelliOps for telecom network operations, and UST FinX for banking, where the AI model will be used to support tasks such as claims processing, network operations, customer onboarding and compliance workflows.
“Our alliance with Anthropic reflects UST’s unwavering commitment to helping clients navigate the AI landscape with confidence and achieve meaningful business outcomes.
By combining the capabilities of Claude with UST’s engineering, industry knowledge, and delivery expertise, we are bringing to market industry-specific platforms and digital and engineering solutions that improve productivity, accelerate business outcomes, and help clients operationalise AI-led decisions in a safe and secure environment,” – Krishna Sudheendra, UST CEO

Meanwhile internally, UST plans to deploy Claude across functions including legal, HR, finance, marketing and IT operations to automate routine tasks while maintaining human oversight.
As part of the partnership, UST will also train and certify 20,000 employees, including software engineers, architects and consultants, with technical knowhow and certification support from Anthropic.
