Tune Talk launches world’s first ‘E-Roaming’, free roam like home across 13 countries
Tune Talk has announced that they’re officially launching E-Roaming, the world’s first auto-connecting, friction free prepaid plan with roaming that combines prepaid, free roaming and a large data pool with no speed cap across 13 countries.
E-Roaming, or Enhanced Roaming, is essentially what the MNO is calling their roam like home service, which lets you access high speed mobile data access across 13 different countries for free. It uses your own data pool, and doesn’t come with a fair usage policy limiting your use, as long as their partner telco abroad doesn’t have one too.
Here are the countries it supports:
- Korea
- Japan
- Thailand
- Indonesia
- Singapore
- India
- Vietnam
- Philippines
- Saudi Arabia
- Cambodia
- Brunei
- Australia
- New Zealand
E-Roaming will come included in the following plans:
- Epik+50 (500GB, RM50/month)
- Epik+ Family Safe (700GB, 1+1 lines, RM80/month)
- Epik+ Family (1200GB, 1+4 lines, RM128/month)
As mentioned earlier, E-Roaming is automatically included in your plan, so you don’t need to buy a pass or activate it when you’re travelling to one of the 13 included countries, other than the data roaming settings on your phone itself.
