Razer Kraken V4 X Sensa HD Haptics Edition coming to Malaysia, priced at RM469

Razer has launched the Kraken V4 X Sensa HD Haptics Edition, a wired gaming headset that adds haptic feedback to supported games, letting you physically feel things like explosions, gunshots and footsteps.

The headset uses Razer’s Sensa HD Haptics technology, which adjusts the strength of the feedback based on the intensity, duration and position of an in-game event. Razer says the headset supports more than 100 PC games with Sensa HD Haptics integration, with supported titles including Marvel Rivals, Borderlands 4 and more.

There are two ways the haptics work. Dynamic Haptics uses effects created by game developers that have been mapped directly onto in-game events such as certain weapons or abilities, while Audio-to-Haptics can generate additional feedback based on in-game audio, which have been tuned by Razer.

As for the hardware itself, the Kraken V4 X also comes with Razer’s TriForce 40mm drivers that have a 3-part driver design for separate highs, mids and lows. There’s also advanced 7.1 Surround Sound, along with a HyperClear Cardioid Mic for voice chat. For comfort, it uses FlowKnit memory foam cushions, while Razer Chroma RGB provides customisable lighting for the true gamer RGB look.

The Razer Kraken V4 X Sensa HD Haptics Edition is now available on the Razer Malaysia website with a recommended price of RM469, and will soon be available from local retailers too.
