Buy & Win with PriceCare
From 14 Aug 2023 to 30 Oct 2023, PriceShop is running a “Buy & Win with PriceCare” campaign with our PriceShop merchants.
When ever you purchase a device worth RM200 and above, you will be entitled to register for PriceCare and stand a chance to win an iPad* weekly!
Terms & Conditions:
1. To be eligible for the lucky draw, shoppers need to do the following steps
Step 1: Spend a minimum of RM200 in a single receipt at any PriceShop listed sellers within the campaign period, 14 Aug – 31 October 2023.
Step 2: Submit an PriceCare application here
Step 3: Follow PriceShop’s Facebook & Instagram so you don’t miss the winner announcements.
2. A total of 1 weekly winner be selected at random by a computer process that produces a verifiably random result from the pool of valid entries received during the campaign period. Draw will be held every Tuesday starting from 22 Aug 2023. One entry will be allowed per single receipt.
3. The lucky selected participant will win 1 brand new unit of iPad 9th Gen 64GB model. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products.
4. Selected winner MUST fulfill all required 3 steps listed. Failure to comply will result in a forfeit and a new winner will be selected.
5. The Lucky Draw Winner will be announced on PriceShop’s social media Facebook & Instagram pages. They will be contacted by phone within 3 days of the draw. They must respond to the notification within 7 days. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.
6. By participating in this campaign, the participants agree to provide their consent to Price Guide Sdn Bhd and all its participating sellers to use their personal information and aforementioned parties shall reserve the right to publish, use the winners’ names and/or photographs plus their entries for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice and each participant is not entitled to make any claims for the use of their entries.
7. Eligibility: The lucky draw is open to all individuals aged 18 years and above, who are legal residents of Malaysia. Winners will be required to provide proof of identity to claim the prize.
8. Disqualification: Participants found to have submitted false or misleading information will be disqualified from the lucky draw.
9. Disputes: In case of any dispute regarding the lucky draw, the decision of the organizer will be final and binding.
10. Privacy: Participants’ personal information will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the lucky draw and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
11. Organizers’ Rights: Price Guide Sdn Bhd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the lucky draw in case of unforeseen circumstances or any other reasons.
12. Compliance: Participation in the lucky draw constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
