Join PriceShop Raya Hunt to win exciting prizes!

Introduction

1. PriceShop’s Raya Hunt (“Contest”) is organized by Price Guide Sdn Bhd (“Organizer”) in collaboration with Raisin Entertainment. (“Host”).
2. The Raya Hunt (“Contest”) will start at 20:30:00 on 3 April 2021 till 23:59:59 on 1 May 2021 (“Contest Period”).
3. Any entries submitted after the contest period will not be entertained.
4. The organizer reserves the rights to change, postpone, update and/or extend the contest period and/or cancel/end the contest at any time without any prior notice.

Eligibility

1. The contest is open to all residence of Malaysia with valid documentation such as Identification Card (IC) or Passport.
2. Participants must fulfill all the above requirements in order for entries to be considered valid.
3. Employees and family members or Price Guide Sdn Bhd and Raisin Entertainment are not eligible to join the contest.
4. Participants must ensure all provided personal details such as Name, Contact Number and Email are valid. Failure to provide valid information may result in a forfeit.
5. Winners must be able to visit Low Yat Plaza to collect their prizes. They may nominate a representative to retrieve the prizes in the event they are not able to attend the prize-giving ceremony.
6. Lastly, each participant is only entitled to one (1) prize throughout the campaign period. Winners may refer friends or family to enter on their behalf.

Winner Selection

1. The first participant to send in the following message:’Raya Bergaya bersama PriceShop’ to Raisin Entertainment merchant listed on my.priceshop.com will be crowned winner of the weekly prize.
2. Winners will be notified and announced on my.priceshop.com as well as PriceShop’s official Facebook page.
3. In the event the organizer is unable to reach the winner after three (3) call attempts (unanswered, number not in service or no signal and other(s)), The organizer reserves the rights to select a new winner through the same process. The organizer will not be held responsible should the winner be unreachable no matter the reason.
4. Once again, each participant is only eligible for one (1) prize throughout the campaign period.

3. Prizes are non-exchangeable for cash.
4. The organizer reserves the rights to change or replace any of the listed prizes with an item of equal or higher value without any advanced notice.
5. Ownership of prizes are non-transferable.

Privacy Notice

1. All personal details are collected with the sole purpose of selecting and contacting the winners.
2. By participating in the Raya Hunt contest, participants have agreed to the privacy policy, granting Price Guide Sdn Bhd the rights to share relevant information with related parties assisting with the delivery of prizes and hosting of contest.
