How to claim eBelia Rahmah from Touch ‘n Go (2023)
Applications for eBelia Rahmah officially starts today (26 June), and those who are eligible can apply for the RM200 e-wallet credits through Touch ‘n Go, Setel, and Boost.
To keep you in the loop, eBelia Rahmah is a government initiative that grants Malaysian youths a one-off aid of RM200 eWallet credits to any of the eWallet providers mentioned above.
eBelia Rahmah applications are currently open to:
- Malaysians aged 18 – 20 (born in 2003, 2004, or 2005), OR
- Malaysians studying full-time at an institution registered with the Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE)

How to claim eBelia on Touch ‘n Go (TNG)
Account Verification
Before you apply for eBelia on Touch n’ Go, you will need to verify your account. You can do this by selecting your profile icon at the top right of the TnG app, and tapping on Account Verification.
Follow the instructions given to allow the app to perform the electronic Know-Your-Customer (eYKC) identity verification. You will be required to take a front and back photo of your MyKad or any other acceptable IDs (eg. MyTentera, MyPolis); as well as a selfie.
On its official website, Touch ‘n Go says it may take up to 48 hours for your account to be verified. However, based on experience, it is usually much shorter than that, and you might even expect confirmation within the day.
Apply for eBelia Rahmah
Once your account has been verified, you can finally apply for eBelia!
To apply, open the TNG eWallet app. You’ll find the eBelia Rahmah banner on the homepage of the app itself.
Tap the banner and you’ll be directed to Touch ‘n Go’s eBelia Rahmah application page. Once there, tick the ‘I agree to the Terms & Conditions’ box and select Claim Now!
Confirm your full name and MyKad number, and make sure all the details are correct. Tick the ‘I agree that my data…’ box and tap Continue.
You will then be directed to the last step, where you’ll need to fill in all the details required in the eBeliaRahmah Application form.
Once you’re done, tap Submit and you’re done!
Do note that the RM200 eWallet credits will not be available immediately after you submit your application. It may take up to 5 days for Touch ‘n Go to approve/reject your application.
You will be notified about your application status on the TNG eWallet app.
Applications for eBelia Rahmah will go on until the 26th of August. Remember to use the credits by 31st August, as it will expire after that period!
What can I use the RM200 eWallet credits for?
You can use the RM200 credits for in-store and retail payments that supports QR pay. Do note that you cannot perform and peer-to-peer transfer using the credits, or use it to pay utility, telco, and government-related fee payments.
