Honor X9e Pro: Huge 11,000mAh battery, 80W charging and Snapdragon 6 Gen 5, from RM1,899
Having teased it since Malaysia’s National Day Parade, the Honor X9e Pro is now finally in Malaysia. The first ever ‘Pro’ model in the Honor X lineup, the Honor X9e Pro brings with it a number of ‘extreme’ upgrades across the board, especially to its battery life and durability.
Honor X9e Pro Malaysia pricing and availability
Available in Royal Purple, Dawn Gold, Reddish Brown and Midnight Black colourways, the Honor X9e Pro will come in two configurations:
- Honor X9e Pro, 8GB RAM, 256GB storage – RM1,899
- Honor X9e Pro, 8GB RAM, 512GB storage – RM2,399
The Honor X9e Pro is now available for pre-order in Malaysia till 8 October, from the Honor Malaysia website, their official stores on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, as well as from their retail outlets, authorised dealers and partner telcos.
Pre-orders will also come with a RM100 instant rebate and free gifts worth up to RM1,626, which includes an Honor Pad X7 WiFi tablet, a one year extended warranty, 730-day liquid damage protection along with 730-day front and back crack warranty.
Honor X9e Pro specs and features
The Honor X9e Pro features their most ‘extreme’ upgrades yet to an Honor X series device, and it shows.
Perhaps the most headline-grabbing feature here is its massive 11,000mAh battery, which they boast will be able to last for up to 3-days of battery life. Not only is it larger than most conventional power banks and more than two iPhone 17 Pro Max combined, it also supports 80W wired Honor SuperCharge fast charging as well as 27W wired reverse charging, enough to fast charging an iPhone.
You’ll also find a durable chassis built with Honor’s Ultra-Bounce Anti-Drop Technology 4.0, which was inspired by F1’s Halo system. Honor claims that the X9e Pro offers shear-resistant PUR adhesive along with full area and edge bonding to prevent the display panel from shifting during drops, allowing it to survive drops from up to 3 meters and earning the SGS 5-star comprehensive reliability certification. That’s on top of its IP68, IP69 and IP69K dust and water resistance ratings too.
The display meanwhile is a 6.8-inch Honor FullView AMOLED display, pushing a 2788 x 1280 resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, 3840Hz PWM dimming, full coverage of the DCI-P3 colour gamut and, perhaps most impressively, a 10,000nits peak brightness, 4000nits brighter than the Honor X9d.
Under the hood, the Honor X9e Pro comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 system-on-chip, with the midrange mobile platform paired to 8GB of memory and up to 512GB of storage. It also comes with MagicOS 10 skinned over Android 16 out of the box.
As for its cameras, Honor has kitted out the X9e Pro with a dual rear camera setup, packing a main 108MP, f/1.75 camera with CIPA 6.0 image stabilisation, alongside a 5MP, f/2.2 ultrawide shooter; a 16MP, f/2.45 selfie shooter sits upfront. Other features of note include stereo speakers, an in-display fingerprint sensor as well as support for WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 6.0 wireless connectivity.
