Eligibility: The giveaway is open to all Malaysian residents with a valid MyKad and address in Malaysia. Participants under the age of 18 as of 1 January 2024 must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate. Employees, affiliates, partners, and immediate family members of Price Guide Sdn. Bhd. are not eligible to enter.

Entry Period: The giveaway entry period will be as stated in the respective giveaway post. All entries must be submitted within the specified period to be eligible. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the entry period at its discretion. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.

How to Enter:
a. Participants must follow all entry requirements as outlined in the giveaway post.
b. Only one entry per participant will be accepted. If multiple entries are submitted, only the first valid entry will be considered, and the rest will be disregarded.
c. Entries must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and must not contain content that is offensive, obscene, defamatory, or infringes upon the rights of any third party.
d. Any fraudulent, incomplete, or invalid entries will be disqualified.

Winner Selection: The winner(s) will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The selection process will take place within 14 working days from the giveaway’s end date. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified via direct message, email, or a comment on the original giveaway post. Winners must confirm their acceptance of the prize and provide the required details (e.g., delivery address) within 48 hours of notification. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.
