Foundryx Malaysia partners Coohom and Homag to launch digital ecosystem for Malaysia’s home & living industry

By PriceShop News May 19, 2026

Malaysia’s home and living industry is moving towards a more connected digital future as Foundryx Malaysia partners with Coohom from China and Homag from Germany.

Through a tripartite Memorandum of Understanding, the three companies are introducing an integrated digital ecosystem that connects design, sales, manufacturing and installation into one smoother workflow.

The system is designed to help interior designers, contractors, manufacturers, suppliers and home-living businesses manage projects more efficiently without relying too much on manual coordination.

At the centre of the ecosystem is Foundryx EcoHub, a SaaS platform that acts as the main digital backbone. It brings together Coohom’s AI-powered 3D design and visualisation tools with Homag’s manufacturing integration capabilities.

This means businesses can move from customer consultation and design visualisation to quotation, manufacturing and installation in a more organised way. For customers, it could also mean faster project turnaround, clearer design previews and a smoother renovation experience.

According to Foundryx Malaysia, the EcoHub SaaS model is expected to open for industry-wide subscription by mid-July 2026. The platform is aimed especially at SMEs in the home and living sector, including designers, renovators, contractors, suppliers and manufacturers.

“Built with a UX-first approach and integrated AI, the platform helps businesses onboard faster, operate efficiently, and scale confidently. It incorporates industry-first AI-powered analytics to seamlessly integrate AI into everyday business processes”. – Mr Kay Choon Yip, Founder and CEO of Foundryx Malaysia.

The collaboration also coincided with the official launch of MODURA, Dee Noon Corporation’s new home cabinetry and lifestyle brand, which is among the first real-world adopters of the Foundryx EcoHub ecosystem.

With AI-driven design, cloud-based collaboration and automated manufacturing connected under one platform, the partnership aims to help Malaysia’s home and living industry become more efficient, sustainable and digitally ready.
