Ford Ranger WildTrak 3.0L V6 Turbo Diesel Officially Launched in Malaysia
Sime Darby Auto ConneXion (SDAC) has officially launched the all-new Ford Ranger WildTrak 3.0L V6 Turbo Diesel at Heritage Valley, Kuala Lumpur.

Powered by a 3.0L V6 turbo diesel engine, the latest addition to the Ford Ranger lineup delivers 250PS at 3,250 rpm and 600Nm of torque at 1,750 rpm, making it the most powerful Ranger variant available in Malaysia. With a full-time four-wheel drive system, the pickup is designed to deliver strong pulling power, responsive acceleration, and confident performance across all terrains.
Performance and Driving Dynamics
The new V6-powered WildTrak is paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission and offers six drive modes: Normal, Eco, Tow/Haul, Slippery, Mud/Ruts, and Sand. Drivers can also utilise advanced drivetrain modes to seamlessly switch between city drives and off-road adventures. Compared to its 2.0L sibling, the WildTrak 3.0L V6 provides a smoother, quieter, and more refined driving experience while maintaining the rugged performance the Ranger is known for.
On the outside, the Ranger WildTrak 3.0L V6 stands out with Matrix LED headlamps, signature C-clamp daytime running lights, and Performance LED lighting for improved visibility. It comes equipped with new 20-inch alloy wheels with 255/55 R20 tyres, a full-size spare wheel, and a distinctive V6 badge on the fender. Power-adjustable and foldable side mirrors with integrated puddle lamps add both style and practicality.
Interior and Technology
Inside, the cabin combines functionality with modern design. A 12-inch infotainment touchscreen powered by SYNC 4A supports wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Drivers also get an 8-inch TFT multi-information display, a windscreen-mounted USB port for dashcams, and a wireless charging pad for mobile devices. The spacious cabin aims to balance practicality with comfort, making it suitable for work, family, and recreational use.

TAvailable in four striking colours – Arctic White, Absolute Black, Luxe Yellow, and Meteor Grey – the all-new Ford Ranger WildTrak 3.0L V6 Turbo Diesel is offered nationwide starting from RM192,888 in Peninsular Malaysia and RM198,688 in Sabah and Sarawak, both of which are on-the-road prices without insurance.
Early bird customers will receive a 2-Year Extended Service Package, a limited-edition cooler bag, and an exclusive Ford camping chair for online bookings. In addition, SDAC-Ford continues to improve aftersales support with initiatives such as Ford Mobile Service (FMS) in Ara Damansara and Petaling Jaya, offering convenient doorstep servicing.
