Coros Pace 4 gets redesign in collaboration with Olympic champ Jakob Ingebrigtsen

Wearables manufacturer Coros has announced the latest limited edition of their Pace 4 running smartwatch, the Coros Pace 4 Jakob Ingebrigtsen Edition. This latest rendition of their popular wearable was developed in collaboration with the double Olympic gold medallist and world record holder in multiple middle and long distance running categories.

While the limited-edition Pace 4 retains the core functionality of the standard model, Coros says the Jakob Ingebrigtsen Edition introduces several design and material upgrades inspired by the Norwegian athlete’s training philosophy and racing achievements.

The most obvious change is the new gold and black colour scheme, which pays tribute to Ingebrigtsen’s Olympic gold medal victories. The smartwatch features a black watch body with gold accents, paired with a matching limited-edition strap.

Coros has also upgraded the construction of the watch with an aluminium bezel and PVD-coated hardware, which the company says is designed to better withstand harsh training environments while providing a more premium finish. The smartwatch also uses a two-tone injection-moulded case that aims to improve durability without sacrificing its lightweight design.

Another exclusive element is the transparent dial design, which exposes a gold metal pin that secures the dial to the watch body. According to Coros, the feature symbolises Ingebrigtsen’s openness in sharing training insights and his philosophy of staying true to oneself.

On top of that, the included watch strap carries “FEARLESS” branding and gold-accented detailing, while a custom watch face features track-inspired graphics and a 03:25 timestamp, a reference to Ingebrigtsen’s pursuit of becoming the fastest 1,500m runner in history.

Beyond the cosmetic and material changes, the Pace 4 Jakob Ingebrigtsen Edition packs the same hardware specifications as the regular Pace 4.

This includes a 1.2-inch AMOLED touchscreen display, dual-frequency GNSS support for improved location tracking accuracy, and an upgraded optical heart rate sensor. As expected from a running-focused smartwatch, it also integrates with the Coros training ecosystem, allowing athletes to track workouts, recovery and performance metrics.

The limited-edition model also comes in special packaging featuring custom inserts detailing Ingebrigtsen’s training journey and his collaboration with Coros.

The Coros Pace 4 Jakob Ingebrigtsen Edition is available in Malaysia starting today through the Coros Official Store on Shopee, priced at RM1,499. For users looking to complete their training setup, the Coros Heart Rate Monitor is sold separately at RM499.
