Asus creates one-of-a-kind Cyberpunk 2077 themed ROG Xbox Ally X that you can’t get
ROG loves its themed collaborations; check out the Kojima Productions ROG Flow Z13 or the Alan Walker Zephyrus G14 for proof of that. Their latest one though might just be the coolest one yet though, as ROG teams up with Cyberpunk 2077.
This one-of-a-kind ROG Xbox Ally X was built by the artist and craftsman AK Mod, resulting in a neon yellow gaming handheld grasped in place by none other than Johnny Silverhand’s chrome arm.
The handheld itself combines layered spray paint, weathering techniques and custom water decals for a true Night City feel, with sand and salt applied to give it a worn, almost dystopian finish.
Each scratch, scuff and patina was intentional too, with the neon yellow finish featuring subtle nods to Johnny’s guitar for the fans to take note of. The result is an ROG Xbox Ally X that probably won’t look too out of place in Night City.
Unfortunately, despite how cool this special ROG Xbox Ally X is, you won’t be able to get your hands on it by trading away some eddies. Instead, to celebrate this piece of art ROG is giving away a copy of Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition on 21 May, which you can find out more of on theirs and Cyberpunk 2077’s social media pages. However, they did say one could end up in the hands of a true Cyberpunk superfan, so stay tuned for more on that.
