Earn a limited-edition pin from Apple by closing your Apple Watch Activity Rings on 24 April

If there were ever a time for Apple Watch users to keep track of their Activity rings, 24 April might be it. On that date, Apple is hosting a special Global Close Your Rings Day for Apple Watch users, with limited-edition awards at stake.
The challenge is self-explanatory. All Apple Watch users need to do is close all three Activity rings – Move, Exercise, and Stand – on 24 April to claim their prize. The limited edition award includes 10 animated stickers and an animated badge for Messages. Furthermore, customers are entitled to a special physical pin that can be collected at Apple Store locations worldwide (while stocks last, so be quick to close your rings!).

If you feel that being active is out of reach, keep in mind that the goals for each Activity ring are customizable. This allows you to set attainable goals that best suit your lifestyle, while promoting a healthier and more active routine.

Committing to your Activity rings can help cultivate healthy lifestyle habits. According to Apple, users who close their Activity rings are 48% less likely to experience poor sleep quality, 73% less likely to have elevated resting heart rates, and 57% less likely to report elevated stress. For the record, the study was conducted by the Apple Heart and Movement Study in collaboration with Brigham and Women’s Hospital and the American Heart Association.
