Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 boasting 13th Gen Intel i7 HX processor now available in Malaysia; price starts at RM4,899
Malaysian gamers can whet their gaming appetite as they will soon get a taste of the all new Acer Predator Helios Neo 16.
The newcomer in the Predator series is just 1 out of the 3 revealed at the next@acer Global Press Conference in April. It was released alongside the Predator Helios 3D 15 SpatialLabs Edition and Predator Triton 17 X. There hasn’t been an announcement about the availability of the other two Predator compatriots in Malaysia, but they are listed among the catalogue of Predator laptops on Acer’s official website, but not (yet?) on their eStore.
For now though, only the Predator Helios Neo 16 has landed in Malaysia.
To give you a brief overview, the Predator Helios Neo 16 will come in two variants
- Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 (i7-13700HX, GeForce RTX4060, 16″ WQXGA, 16GB/1TB); priced at RM6,399
- Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 (i5-13500HX, GeForce RTX4050, 16″ WUXGA, 8GB/512GB); priced at RM4,899
All orders placed before 8 May will receive freebies worth more than RM900. This includes a Predator Urban Gaming Backpack V2, Predator Cestus 330 Gaming Mouse, and Predator Snapback Cap. Additionally, you will also be entitled to 2-3 years on-site warranty with Acer SuperCare.

Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 Specs
To reiterate, the Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 will boast the latest 13th Gen Intel Core i7 HX processors. It also has the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 running the graphics department of the more premium model.
You’ll get up to 16GB of DDR5 RAM and 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD. If you wish, you can upgrade your RAM to up to 32GB to fit your gaming needs.
Displays are similar in most aspects across the two variants. They are both 16-inch with a 16:10 aspect ratio and packs 165Hz refresh rates for fluid gameplay. One key difference between the Intel i5 and upscaled i7 models is their display resolution, with the latter featuring a higher WQXGA resolution of 2560 x 1600, and the former with a WUXGA resolution of 1920 x 1200.
For connectivity, both variants will have 1x HDMI 2.1 port with HDCP support, 2x USB Type-C port, 1x USB 3.2 Gen 2 port, and 1x USB 3.2 Gen 1 port. It also comes with a 3.5mm headphone/speaker jack and a microSD card reader.
Once again, the Predator Helios Neo 16 is now available in Malaysia.
Price starts at RM4,899 for the 13th Gen Intel i5 model, while the premium 13th Gen Intel i7 model is priced at RM6,399.
