TuneTalk Prepaid Customers Can Now Enable Auto-Renewal via App
TuneTalk has launched an auto-renewal feature for its prepaid customers, allowing existing plans to be renewed automatically using a debit or credit card. The option can be switched off at any time.
To activate the feature, customers must first add their debit or credit card details and set it as the default payment method through the TuneTalk mobile app. Once completed, the auto-renewal function can be enabled directly in the app.
The company says the feature is designed to provide customers with “postpaid-like continuity with prepaid freedom.” It is available to all TuneTalk subscribers starting today.
As part of the launch promotion, customers who keep the auto-renewal feature enabled for at least 30 consecutive days will receive 500 Tune Talk Points.
