1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Service Delivery

•  As a digital service provider, Price Guide Sdn Bhd does not ship physical products. All services are provided and accessed online through our website.

•  Upon successful subscription and payment, the service will be activated, and the subscriber will receive an email confirmation with details on how to access and utilize the listing service.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Subscription Cancellation

•  Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time by logging into their account and navigating to the subscription management section.

•  To cancel the subscription, select the option to cancel and follow the on-screen instructions.

•  Cancellation requests will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Subscribers will continue to have access to the service until the end of the paid period.

2.2 Automatic Renewal

•  Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle. If you wish to cancel the automatic renewal, please ensure you cancel the subscription before the renewal date.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Eligibility

•  Refunds are not provided for partially used subscription periods.

•  Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial subscription date. Refunds will only be considered if the service has not been utilized, and the listing has not been activated on our website.

3.2 Refund Process

•  To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@priceshop.com with your subscription details and the reason for the refund request.

•  Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the refund request and will be credited back to the original payment method.

3.3 Exceptions

•  Price Guide Sdn Bhd reserves the right to deny refund requests if we determine that the service was used in violation of our terms and conditions or if there is evidence of fraudulent activity.
