Not to be confused with the Redmi Note 10 series, the Redmi 10 is an upgrade to its predecessor, the Redmi 9 series. The Redmi 10 is considered an entry level device and is powered by a MediaTek Helio G88 processor.

The Redmi 10 will be available on 20th August 2021 with two configurations: 4GB + 64GB and 6GB + 128GB. Retails at RM 649 and RM 749 respectively.
Final Thoughts
Overall, the Redmi 10 does offers slight upgrade in its camera, display and audio if compared with the Redmi 9. In terms of performance, despite it being powered by the latest Helio G88 compared to the previous Helio G80, these chipsets are in reality quite similar in performance.

In our opinion, if you currently own a Redmi 9, there isn’t a real need to upgrade to the Redmi 10. However, if you are looking to purchase a new entry-level device, the Redmi 10 is worth your consideration.
