Xiaomi Launches Biggest Southeast Asia Store at TRX KL with Grand Opening Promos
Xiaomi has officially launched its second flagship retail store in Malaysia, located at The Exchange TRX in Kuala Lumpur. This marks a significant expansion of the brand’s physical presence, with the new outlet being the largest Xiaomi retail store in Southeast Asia under its New Retail strategy. Xiaomi’s first flagship store in Malaysia was opened at IPC Shopping Centre.
Spanning a wide showroom layout, the Xiaomi Store at TRX showcases over 250 displayed products and more than 500 SKUs available for purchase. The product range includes not only Xiaomi’s smartphones but also its AIoT devices and smart home appliances such as TVs, monitors, refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, vacuum cleaners, and CCTVs.
In addition to retail offerings, the TRX store provides on-site after-sales support. Customers can receive technical assistance and service directly from Xiaomi-trained staff, offering a more streamlined support experience.
To commemorate the grand opening, Xiaomi is rolling out a series of exclusive in-store promotions and activities from 26 July to 3 August. The highlight is a “Mix & Match” promo on selected AIoT products, where customers can enjoy up to RM1,320 in discounts. Only five sets of these discounted combos will be available per day during the promotional period.
Additionally, on launch day, shoppers can enjoy special product deals and be eligible for limited giveaway campaigns. Customers purchasing the Mijia Refrigerator Cross Door 510L have a chance to win a Redmi Pad Pro Wifi (limited to 5 units), while those who buy the Mijia Air Conditioner Pro Eco 5-Star Inverter could win a Xiaomi Smart Air Purifier 4 (limited to 10 units).
Buyers of the Xiaomi TV Max 100 (2025) may receive an RM500 rebate, with the TV discounted from RM12,999 to RM12,499 (limited to 3 units).
Xiaomi is also running a Spend & Redeem programme. Shoppers who spend RM199 in a single receipt and follow Xiaomi on Instagram or Xiaohongshu can redeem a phone stand (limited to 100 units). Spending RM299 allows redemption of a coffee cup or shoulder bag (100 units each), while RM499 entitles customers to claim a Mi Body Composition Scale 2 (limited to 20 units).
