Xiaomi 13T Series Specs

The Xiaomi 13T

Building on the successes of the Leica cameras from the 13 Series released earlier this year, Xiaomi has again incorporated Leica photo-taking qualities to the 13T Series.

Both the Xiaomi 13T and Xiaomi 13T Pro sports a triple camera setup. They consists of a 50MP primary camera supported with OIS, a 50MP telephoto lens, and a 12MP ultra-wide. You will have the option of a 35mm, 50mm, and 90mm focal length for portraits.

At the front in a punch-hole format is a 20MP front camera.

The Xiaomi 13T Pro

Beyond cameras, they share likeness in many other ways. They both sport a 6.67-inch display with 1.5K resolution and 144Hz refresh rates. Peak brightness goes as high as 2,600nits, and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

The Xiaomi 13T series has an in-display fingerprint sensor for biometrics.

They diverge in terms of processors. While the 13T utilizes a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 Ultra, the 13T pro is run by the more powerful Dimensity 9200+. Both CPUs are 5G capable.

There’s also a difference between RAM/storage configurations, with the 13T having up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage; where else the 13T Pro packs up to 16GB RAM and up to 1TB storage.

Though they both have 5,000mAh battery, the 13T Pro has the faster 120W charging as compared to the 67W charging on the 13T.

When it comes to connectivity, the 13T Pro supports WiFi 7, and the 13T supports only up to WiFi 6. They each have Bluetooth 5.4.
