Couple that with your phone working double time to install a major software update, and you’ll be more prone to having green lines appear on the screen when you turn it back on.
Secondly, always use a phone case to soften the blow whenever your phone drops. And we say ‘whenever’ because we’ve never met someone with a perfect no-drop streak. Your phone will drop eventually, and unlike the trusty Nokia 3310, modern phones are far more fragile. Moreover, using a phone case is simply good practice – whether to prevent those lines from appearing or to protect the entirety of your device.
