Vivo V70 FE: Fashion focused smartphone with 200MP camera, 7000mAh battery, from RM1,599
Vivo may have just launched the Vivo V70 early last month, but that isn’t stopping the Chinese manufacturer from announcing the arrival of their latest device: the Vivo V70 FE. The FE here stands for Fashion Edition, with Vivo positioning this device towards those who want a balance of style and performance.
Vivo V70 FE Malaysia pricing and availability
The Vivo V70 FE will be available in three variants:
- Vivo V70 FE, 8GB RAM, 256GB storage – RM1,599
- Vivo V70 FE, 12GB RAM, 256GB storage – RM1,799
- Vivo V70 FE, 8GB RAM, 512GB storage – RM1,999
One thing you should probably note though is that the 512GB V70 FE will only be available exclusively through online channels and via selected telco partners. For the other configurations, pre-orders are already available online, at all Vivo Concept Stores and at authorised retailers nationwide, and will continue till 17 April.
Pre-orders will come with exclusive free gifts worth up to RM1,256, which include the Vivo Buds Air 3, V Selection Watch V3, a 1-year Vivo Care extended warranty and a 180-day Vivo Care screen protection, on top of a RM100 pre-order rebate, all while stocks last.
On top of that, if you opt for a 12- or 24-month 0% instalment plan from their partner banks—Public Bank, OCBC Bank, UOB Bank and Affin Bank—you’ll also receive an additional RM100 rebate, available at selected Vivo Concept Stores.
Vivo V70 FE specs
The Vivo V70 FE true to its name has a rather attention grabbing design, thanks to its shimmering back panel on the Muse Purple colourway, though more minimalist options like Ocean Blue and Urban Silver are also available. There’s also a metallic vertical camera module replete with a ‘dynamic ring design’. It measures just 759mm thin and weighs in at 200g.
As for its display, the Vivo V70 FE packs a 6.83-inch Ultra Clear AMOLED display, with a 2800 by 1260 resolution capable of 1900nits of local peak brightness, full coverage of the P3 colour gamut and has an up to 120Hz refresh rate.
Under the hood, the Vivo V70 FE is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7360-Turbo system-on-chip, with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 memory and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. It comes with OriginOS 6 out of the box, skinned over Android 16, and Vivo is guaranteeing up to six years of software support.
In the camera department, you’ll find a main 200MP, f/1.88 main camera with a 1/1.56″ sensor, CIPA 4.0-rated optical image stabilisation and up to 30x digital zoom, along with an 8MP, f/2.2 ultrawide, while up front is a 32MP, f/2.2 selfie shooter.
Keeping the lights on is a large 7000mAh with support for 90W FlashCharge fast charging. There’s also stereo speakers, an in-display fingerprint sensor and an IP68/IP69 dust and water resistance rating.
