Vivo opens Southeast Asia’s first Image Art Space & Concept Store at IOI City Mall

Vivo Malaysia has officially opened Southeast Asia’s first Vivo Image Art Space & Concept Store at IOI City Mall. It marks a new direction for the brand’s retail presence in the region, with the concept store combining photography-focused experiences with a gallery-style retail environment, allowing visitors to explore Vivo’s imaging technology in a more immersive way.

The grand opening takes place on 7 February 2026, featuring the newly launched Vivo X300 Series as the centrepiece. The store itself is located at L2-208, Level 2, IOI City Mall 2. To celebrate the launch, Vivo is offering limited-time promotions, including flash sales with selected items priced at RM1, as well as gift bundles worth up to RM1,070 with the purchase of the Vivo X300 series.



At the Image Art Space, visitors can try out several interactive photography zones designed to showcase the Vivo X300 series and its Zeiss optics. These include a telephoto moon photography setup, a macro aquarium zone for close-up shots, a nightscape miniature display and a portrait interaction area demonstrating Zeiss multi-focal portrait modes and filters via real-time projection.



Throughout the opening weekend, Vivo is running multiple activities for visitors. These include a “Check-In Challenge” that rewards participants with exclusive gifts after completing imaging tasks, as well as a free photobooth offering professional photo shoots and instant prints, along with Ang Pao surprises.
On its launch day, Vivo will also host a photography workshop where participants can use the Vivo X300 series through free device loans. The session includes door gifts, refreshments and a lucky draw, with prizes such as a Laifen SE Lite hair dryer worth RM239.
