Unified CelcomDigi App Officially Launched, Combining Celcom Life and MyDigi for a Seamless Digital Experience
CelcomDigi today announced the launch of the new CelcomDigi app, a unified mobile platform that merges the best features of Celcom Life and MyDigi into one seamless and secure digital experience. Developed entirely in-house, the app empowers users to take full control of their connectivity and lifestyle needs through a streamlined, feature-rich interface.
Everything You Need, All in One App
Built on insights from over 10 million customers and refined through feedback from more than 100,000 beta testers, the CelcomDigi app focuses on three key pillars: Everyday Convenience, Digital Lifestyle, Built-in, and Creating Delightful Moments.
Designed to simplify daily tasks, the app enables seamless management of multiple lines and services in one place. The Auto-Reload Magic feature ensures prepaid users never run out of credit, offering uninterrupted connectivity and peace of mind.
Going beyond calls and data, the app integrates a variety of lifestyle services, including access to Disney+, Viu, and roaming pre-booking for instant overseas connectivity. Enhanced security measures such as biometric sign-in, one-device protection, and eKYC verification ensure a safer and more secure user experience.
To make the digital experience more engaging, the app introduces AI-RA, an AI-powered support assistant that provides round-the-clock help. Users can also enjoy Daily Streak, a seven-day challenge to unlock rewards, and 3-2-1 Surprise, which offers free gifts every Wednesday. The For You section personalises recommendations based on user behaviour, ensuring relevant deals and experiences over time.
Built-In Protection for Safer Connectivity
With online scams on the rise, CelcomDigi has integrated robust security features directly within the app. The dedicated Safety page offers tools and educational content to help users stay protected, alongside a simple scam reporting feature.
The app also introduces MobileSHIELD, available from RM4 per month, offering affordable protection against scams, malicious apps, and privacy risks. This complements CelcomDigi’s broader range of safety solutions such as WebSHIELD, eSIM, and Private SIM, designed to promote digital safety across its network.

The launch marks a key milestone in CelcomDigi’s post-merger integration journey, bringing both brands together under one unified digital ecosystem. Replacing the Celcom Life and MyDigi apps, the new CelcomDigi app serves as the company’s primary digital touchpoint for over 20 million customers nationwide.
This initiative completes CelcomDigi’s brand unification across its products, retail channels, and online services. The new app also underscores the company’s focus on delivering personalised, customer-first experiences through technology and innovation.
