U Mobile has launched U Home 5G Borneo, its latest 5G home broadband service, tailor-made exclusively for residents of East Malaysia.
The plan offers unlimited data with no Fair Usage Policy limit, promising to deliver reliable, fibre-like speeds to customers across Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan. U Mobile ensures a hassle-free plug-and-play setup, with no need for hacking or port installation. All you need to do is insert the accompanying SIM card into a compatible Wi-Fi 6 5G router to get started. This convenience makes the plan suitable not only for homeowners but also for renters, SME businesses, and on-the-go users.
U Home 5G Borneo is now available at a promotional price of RM58 per month, where customers can enjoy the SIM-only plan without being tied to a contract. For a limited time, customers have the option to bundle the U Home 5G Borneo SIM card with a Game-Grade 5G Router (RRP: RM799) for free, with a 24-month contract.
For a more comprehensive experience, customers can bundle their U Home 5G Borneo plan with the sooka Premium streaming bundle or opt for a Samsung Smart TV (starting from RM64/month with U Pay Later).
As its name suggests, U Home 5G Borneo is available only in East Malaysia. Interested customers can subscribe to the plan at U Mobile branches or at authorised dealer stores across East Malaysia. Customers can also subscribe via U Mobile’s eShop or on the MyUMobile app.
