Ingredients:

  • Eggs, as many as you’d like (refrigerated) 
  • Optional: salt, white pepper, and soy sauce

Instructions:

  • Place the egg(s) gently in the air fryer basket.
  • Set the temperature to 100°C.
  • Cook for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the air fryer carefully and crack them into a bowl.
  • Season to your preference and serve with toast or on its own!

  • 4 tbsp of Milo powder (extra for dusting)
  • 3 tbsp of all-purpose flour

Instructions:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
  • In a small bowl, mix Milo powder, flour, and sugar.
  • Add sugar, water, vegetable oil, and crack an egg. Mix until well combined.
  • Pour the batter into an oven-safe and greased ramekin.
  • Bake in the air fryer for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the air fryer to cool, dust extra Milo powder over the top, and serve immediately!
