TechLife Launches Affordable New Pad Neo Tablet and Smart Watch P1 in Malaysia
TechLife has released a new entry-level tablet, the Pad Neo, targeting users who need basic functionality and mobile connectivity. The device supports LTE, allowing users to stay connected without relying solely on Wi-Fi. It is powered by a MediaTek Helio G80 processor and comes with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
The tablet features a 10.1-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 1280×800, a 60Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 350 nits. Powering the Pad Neo is a 6,000mAh battery with 10W charging support and 5W reverse charging.
Camera-wise, the tablet includes a 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front-facing camera. The TechLife Pad Neo comes in two colour options: Sleek Grey and Vibrant Blue, and is priced at RM599.
As part of a launch promotion running from May 24 to 31, customers who purchase the Pad Neo through offline retail channels will receive a complimentary TechLife Pad Neo Casing and TechLife Keyboard.
The TechLife Smart Watch P1 is equipped with a 1.43-inch AMOLED display and housed in a zinc alloy frame. It includes built-in GPS and supports Bluetooth calling, allowing users to make and receive calls directly from the watch using its built-in microphone and speaker.
Notably, the watch also offers ChatGPT AI support, although the brand did not specify to what capacity the AI assistant is involved.
It has a 5ATM water resistance rating and a battery life of up to five days on a single charge. Available in Black and Silver, the Smart Watch P1 officially retails at RM299.
