Switch Malaysia Is Offering Battery Replacements for iPhones for Only RM299
If you’ve got an iPhone that needs a battery replacement, Switch Malaysia is currently running its “Battery Revival Campaign” from 18th August to 31st August 2025. During this period, the Apple Authorized Service Provider is offering battery replacements for select iPhone models at just RM299.
Switch promises that the batteries are 100% genuine and will be installed by Apple-certified engineers.
Please note that before the replacement, Switch will conduct a diagnostic session lasting between 10 to 15 minutes to determine if your iPhone is in suitable condition for the replacement.
Users can bring their iPhones to any of the following Switch outlets for the quick diagnosis:
- Sunway Pyramid: Mon-Sun, 10am-7pm
- Plaza Low Yat: Mon-Sun, 10am-7pm (Closed on Public Holiday)
- AEON Mall Seremban 2: Mon-Sat, 10am-6pm
If your device qualifies, you can purchase the battery replacement for RM299. However, you will only be able to redeem the replacement at a later date, with redemption starting from 1st September and running until 31st October.
Additionally, based on Switch Malaysia’s response to comments on Facebook, users will need to reset their iPhones before the battery replacement due to privacy and data protection concerns.
