soundcore Liberty 5 Wireless Earbuds Officially Launched in Malaysia
soundcore, the audio-focused sub-brand under Anker, has introduced its latest wireless earbuds, the soundcore Liberty 5, to the Malaysian market. The Liberty 5 earbuds come equipped with 9.2mm custom-tuned drivers featuring a wool paper bio-diaphragm, aimed at enhancing mid and high frequency clarity. These earbuds also carry Hi-Res Wireless certification and support the LDAC codec.
One of the notable features is the Adaptive ANC 3.0, which uses an AI-driven algorithm to adjust noise cancellation performance three times per second. The system is also designed to reduce wind noise during calls or outdoor listening.
Battery life is rated at 12 hours on a single charge, with the total playtime extending up to 48 hours using the charging case. A 10-minute quick charge is stated to provide up to 5 hours of usage. The Liberty 5 supports dual device connection and uses Bluetooth 5.4 for connectivity. Each earbud weighs just 4.6 grams, and the set is rated IP55 for dust and water resistance. The device includes six microphones in total to support clearer voice calls and noise reduction.
In terms of colour options, the Liberty 5 is available in Black, White, Navy Blue, and Apricot.
The soundcore Liberty 5 earbuds retail officially at RM359 in Malaysia. However, from 27 May to 19 June, they will be offered at an early bird price of RM329. Interested buyers can purchase them through Anker’s official stores on Shopee and Lazada.
