Sooka Celebrates 4th Anniversary With Giveaways, Free Trials, and Buy 1 Free 1 Passes
Streaming platform sooka is turning four and marking the occasion with several limited-time perks for both new and existing users. The campaign, running until 31 July 2025, includes free trials, daily giveaways, and special subscription offers aimed at thanking its growing base of local subscribers.
New users can unlock 10 days of complimentary access to sooka’s Sports & Entertainment plan by using the promo code ‘HBDSOOKA’ upon registration. This plan gives viewers access to a mix of live sports, local dramas, and movies spanning a broad range of languages including English, Korean, and Chinese.
As part of its daily giveaway, sooka is offering users a chance to win an LG 86-inch 4K UHD Smart TV or a sooka TV Stick, with one unit of the TV stick up for grabs each day for 30 days. This offer is open to both new and existing users throughout the anniversary period.
The sooka TV Stick, which typically retails at RM349, is also being bundled for free with a six-month Premium plan priced at RM249. This plan offers full access to sooka’s premium content, including live sports, without ads.
Starting from 25 June 2025, sooka is launching a Buy 1 Free 1 annual pass deal via its official website. Priced at RM149, the offer provides 24 months of streaming access.
Looking ahead, sooka has shared plans to enhance its content catalogue and pursue new collaborations with major telcos and financial institutions. These upcoming bundles aim to provide better value to joint customers, though specific details have yet to be announced.
