SNS Network and Pay and Go Join Forces to drive Smart Parking, Smarter Cities in Sarawak

Sarawak’s smart city ambitions received a significant boost today as SNS Network (M) Sdn Bhd and Pay and Go Sdn Bhd formalised a strategic partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The collaboration aims to deliver integrated parking solutions that will transform urban mobility while supporting Sarawak’s long-term digital transformation agenda under the Post COVID-19 Development Strategy (PCDS) 2030.

Under the MOU, SNS and Pay and Go will combine their respective strengths to create a seamless, scalable, and future-ready parking ecosystem for municipalities and private operators across Sarawak. While the agreement is non-binding in nature, it reflects both companies’ shared commitment to innovation, transparency, and accountability.

SNS Network will provide the hardware backbone for the integrated parking ecosystem. This includes servers, networking equipment and technical support services. Meanwhile, Pay and Go will lead on the software side, delivering integrated software platforms, mobile applications and secure payment gateways.

The partnership will focus on the joint deployment of smart parking systems with phased rollouts across municipalities and expansion into broader smart city services. Future developments may include digital payment ecosystems and IoT-enabled urban solutions that extend beyond parking management. Both companies will also collaborate on marketing and branding efforts to ensure strong public engagement and clear communication of the benefits to local communities.
