Senheng’s new Untung Gila campaign offers up to 100% cashback via S-Coin

Senheng is about to celebrate their 36th anniversary this year, and as part of the occasion they’re going to give back to the customers via a new update to their S-Coin loyalty ecosystem. Dubbed the Untung Gila cashback campaign, the promotion sees the retailer offering their loyal customers up to 100% cashback—just not literally cash, but rather through their S-Coin ecosystem instead.
The S-Coin ecosystem is essentially Senheng’s rewards feature for its Senheng PlusOne members. If you sign up to be a PlusOne member on their app for instance, you can start collecting S-Coins as you shop both in-store and online. With each purchase you’ll collect more and more S-Coins, which you can then use to redeem more stuff. There are now over 2,400 items available for redemption on the Senheng app and across their retail stores, which include consumables, electronics accessories, lifestyle products, gadgets and more.

According to Senheng, since its introduction a few years ago, it has been a key performance driver for them, with S-Coin issuance increasing by 83% and the overall redemption rate rising by 106% year-on-year between 2024 and 2025. The average redemption value per PlusOne member went up too, from RM270 to RM471, showing a rise in the S-Coin rewards system.

They’re now looking to further increase S-Coin’s usage with the new Untung Gila cashback campaign. Senheng is intrducing three tiers of cashback via S-Coin: 50%, 70% and 100% S-Coin cashback, applied onto specific products. Each eligible purchase will earn S-Coin equivalent to their respective cashback tier, which can then be used to redeem more stuff. Senheng will be rolling out the Untung Gila campaign in 2026 beginning with over 300 products, ranging from kitchenware and small appliances to PC accessories and household items.
