Samsung Galaxy S26 lineup specs leak online ahead of global launch

Samsung had just only confirmed that their Galaxy Unpacked event for the first half of the year is happening at 2am, 26 February, but that hasn’t stopped others from already revealing everything we need to know about their new devices.
Roland Quandt from WinFuture has posted just about all the hardware specifications of the Galaxy S26 series. And while we’ll get to the specifics in a bit, it seems that for the most part it will be a fairly familiar phone for those of you already using a relatively recent Galaxy S series device. Instead, most of the new features will be software related, with more AI features and One UI 8.5 based on Android 16 out of the box.
Samsung Galaxy S26 and S26+ leaked specs

Starting off with the two non-Ultra models, they will both come with the Samsung Exynos 2600 system-on-chip under the hood with 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. This is of course the world’s first ever 2nm mobile chipset, with claims of up to 39% improved performance and up to 50% better ray tracing in games.
As for cameras, both the Galaxy S26 and S26+ share a triple rear camera setup, with a main 50MP, f/1.8 shooter flanked by a 10MP, f/2.4 telephoto offering 3x optical zoom and a 12MP, f/2.2 ultrawide. This is perhaps the most disappointing part for those looking to upgrade, as these cameras are essentially the same as before. The front camera meanwhile is a 12MP, f/2.2 selfie shooter.
The base Galaxy S26 will come with a 6.3-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel, pushing an FHD+ resolution with a 120Hz refresh rate, while the larger Galaxy S26+ bumps it up to a 6.7-inch display with a higher QHD+ resolution. Both will come with a layer of Corning Gorilla Armor 2 over it.
Keeping the lights on meanwhile is a 4,300mAh battery with support for 25W wired fast charging on the smaller device, with the larger phone getting a 4,900mAh battery with support for 45W wired fast charging; both get 15W wireless charging support too.
Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra leaked specs

As for the Galaxy S26 Ultra, it will come with a 6.9-inch, Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel with a QHD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate and a layer of Corning Gorilla Armor 2 over it. Under the hood, it gets a Snapdragon 8 Elite 5 system-on-chip instead of an Exynos processor, with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage space.
The quad-camera system meanwhile looks similar again to its predecessor, with a 200MP, f/1.4 main camera, a 50MP, f/2.8 periscope telephoto for 5x optical zoom, a 50MP, f/1.9 ultrawide and a 10MP telephoto for 3x optical zoom. On the brightside, a small upgrade here is that it gets a larger aperture across the board; the front camera however is the same as its S26 stablemates.
In the battery department, a 5,000mAh battery is present but with much faster 60W wired fast charging and 25W wireless fast charging speeds.
