realme x7 pro 5G officially launched at RM1999
The wait is finally over! If you missed the official launch, you may watch the full video here. The realme x7 pro will be available for purchase starting 2nd February 2021 via Shopee. In addition to that, you’ll be entitled to an RM50 discount if you purchase on 2nd February.
In terms of specifications, the realme x7 pro 5G’s offerings are fairly similar to the OPPO Reno5 Pro 5G. Let’s go ahead and take a look at a side-by-side comparison.

Aside from the slight differences in battery capacity, ram and Android version, how else is the price difference of RM600 justified? Unfortunately, we cannot draw a conclusion solely based on the hardware.
OPPO prides itself in its mobile photography technology while realme produces gaming centric devices. With that said, the OPPO Reno5 does offer much improvements and advancements in camera hardware and software.
Although realme x7 Pro 5G introduces the Super Nightscape 4.0 and PRO 64MP mode, the Reno5 is still more superior in photography and videography.
