realme GT3 with whopping 240W fast charging opens for pre-orders in Malaysia
Pre-orders for the realme GT3 has officially begun in Malaysia. The pre-order period will run from the 12th – 21st December 2023 at realme Brand Stores. Customers who pre-order can collect their device from the 22nd of December onwards.
realme has yet to reveal the official pricing of the GT3, so customers who intend to pre-order will only need to put down their deposit for the time being. There are two combos to select from:
- Regular Combo, RM30 deposit: comes with realme TechLife Air Purifier Pro worth RM799
- Premium Combo, RM50 deposit: comes with Limited Edition Gift Box, realme TechLife Air Purifier Pro, and realme T100 Earbuds
Dubbed by realme themselves as the “world’s fastest-charging smartphone”, the realme GT3 packs a whopping 240W SUPERVOOC Charge capable of fully replenishing its 4,600mAh battery in just under 10 minutes.
New to realme devices is a unique light strip at the rear in what realme calls the Pulse Interface Design. This will light up whenever there are incoming notifications, and is customizable.
As for hardware, the GT3 utilizes the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 with support for 5G. It’s loaded with 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM, paired with an ample 1TB of storage.
Displays are 6.74″ AMOLED with 2772x1240px resolution, with a maximum refresh rate of 144Hz.
The GT3 comes with a triple camera system consisting of a 50MP primary camera backed by a Sony IMX890 sensor with OIS. This is flanked by an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro lens.
Moving over to the front is a 16MP punch hole selfie camera.
The realme GT3 does not have a 3.5mm headphone jack, but it does come with dual stereo speakers that are Dolby Atmos certified.
