Razer x BLACKPINK: Gaming brand teases new collection with Kpop girl group

In today’s episode of unlikely collaborations, the gaming gear brand Razer has announced it will be teaming up with BLACKPINK. Yes, the Kpop girl group BLACKPINK.

Okay so maybe it’s not that unlikely, considering Razer’s extensive history of collaborations. They have so far not announced what products will be part of the line, but did add that the BLACKPINK x Razer collection will feature exclusive limited edition co-branded gear that blends Razer’s performance with ‘bold, pink-forward aesthetics’. Pink headphones anyone?

“Gaming and music are two of the most influential forces shaping youth culture today. Our collaboration with BLACKPINK goes beyond products, it’s about creating a lifestyle that celebrates passion, performance, and individuality,” – Addie Tan, Razer Global Head of Lifestyle Division

Razer added that the limited edition collab will celebrate individuality and creativity. They want this collab to give gamers and BLINKs new ways to express themselves, both in-game and off-stage.

On top of that, fans and gamers can also look forward to their upcoming events in conjunction with the collab. There will be exclusive events during BLACKPINK’s upcoming World Tour Pop-Up Store in Hong Kong.
